Payment

50% of the balance is due in order to secure your party. The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled event before services begin. Also, a 12% gratuity will be added to each party. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.  We do not accept checks. Please note if you are paying your final payment in cash the exact amount is required.

Cancellations

We know that things happen in life, sometimes beyond our control.  If for some reason you need to cancel your party, we will do our best to reschedule your party for our next available date. Customers who cancel at least one month in advance will receive their deposit back. BeYOUtiful Princess Kids Spa reserves the right to change or cancel services at its own discretion.

Light Refreshments

We can’t have a celebration or sing Happy Birthday without sweet treats so feel free to bring a cake, cupcakes, or cookie cake.  To ensure guests are able to relax and get the most out of their BeYOUtiful Spa experience, we encourage you to provide light and simple refreshments only. BeYOUtiful Spa also permits fruit trays, cheese cubes, prepared finger sandwiches, and pinwheels. If you desire to bring any light refreshments other than the above-mentioned foods, then please discuss your preference at the time of booking.

   

Clean-up

BeYOUtiful Princess Kids Spa is responsible for cleaning after each party.  However, customers will be responsible for setting up and cleaning the refreshment area. If the client has chosen a DIY party, the customer renting the space is responsible for cleaning the facility immediately after the party. Please see the contracts & forms page to view our rental agreement on further rules for space rental.

Weapons

All weapons - including concealed weapons - must remain outside of our facility.

Photography

We may use photos taken during your event for promotional purposes or to post on our website/social media sites.

Liability

BeYOUtiful Princess Kids Spa, its owners and staff are not licensed salon professionals.  When booking your party, as a client, you agree and understand that all services are for entertainment purposes only.  We do not promote brand name or licensed characters as part of our party packages. A further detailed description of our liability policies can be found under contracts & waivers.
